Homeless teen gets full ride to Harvard University

David Boone, a senior at MC2 Stem High School in Cleveland, Ohio has achieved academic greatness, but it wasn't easy.  He tried to do the right thing and refuse to join a gang, but it only backfired and the gang retaliated on David and his family.  They moved from the neighborhood to live with family and friends, but David's allergies to his families pets made him fend for himself.  He sometimes slept on park benches or friends couches until his school principal stepped in and offered him a place to stay until graduation.  He didn't allow this to overhaul his goal of graduating high school and going to college.  Watch the vid for more on David's story.
