As a companion piece to the DC Shoes x Wu-Tang 20th Year Anniversary Collection, celebrating the anniversary of the groundbreaking album Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers), DC Shoes presents “STREETS & BOARDS & BEES & SWORDS.” The short documentary film chronicles the parallel stories of one album’s effect on the music and skate scene upon its release in 1993, and the near simultaneous launch of DC Shoes, a brand that would forever alter the footwear industry. The film is told through first person accounts by notable names in the worlds of music and skateboarding: pro rider Jefferson Pang, photographer Atiba Jefferson, filmmaker RB Umali, producer Dante Ross, as well as Wu-Tang mastermind the RZA.
